I’m Cassandra, and my goal is to become an elementary school teacher. I’m currently enrolled at UFV working on my Bachelor of Arts degree and majoring in history to achieve this goal. I come from a family full of teachers and plan to be the third generation to go into this field. I have always been passionate about helping other people and making a positive difference. I strongly believe this starts from helping build a solid foundation during the fundamental school-aged years.
In my personal life I’m kept busy with taking care of my 2 year old daughter, running a household, helping my elderly parents, decompressing with working out or going for a walk along the many beautiful local trails, and volunteering as often as my schedule permits.
